Anyone else over J-Biebs?

When was the last time you heard people talking about something good Justin Bieber did? I am sure most people have seen Bieber's name in the tabloids recently due to his latest stunt. His most recent talked about scandal was his DUI back in January of this year. Bieber was allegedly drag racing with friends in Miami when, of course, they got caught.

After resisting arrest, Bieber, frustratedly said to one of the police officers, "I'm 19 years old, I'm just out having a good time. What were you doing when you were 19?" The police officer replied by saying he was not out late at night, driving a lamborghini around, in which Bieber responded, "Yeah, well, I bet you didn't have millions of dollars in your bank account either." Valid point, Justin?

As a result, he is now not welcome in any major clubs in Miami. Below is a picture of him smiling for his mugshot, the same night of the DUI arrest.

Getting a DUI was not the beginning of Justin Bieber's rebellion and poor behavior. In 2013 he did his fair share of douchey things; like forcing two of his bodyguards to carry him up the Great Wall of China.

A little earlier in the year, while at a Miami Heat Game, Bieber brought a bodyguard, who stood behind him, blocking multiple people's views.

2014 hasn't shown any improvement in Justin's behavior. To start the year off, in January, Bieber egged his next door neighbors house, causing 20K in damages. When police raided his house in search of evidence of the crime they found drugs instead.

A month later on a flight from Canada to New Jersey, Justin and his father disobeyed a pilots demand to stop smoking pot. The marijuana smoke was so strong in the jet's cabin that flight crew members had to put on oxygen masks.

Not only is Justin disrespectful to people in general, but also to his fans whom are the reason he is even famous to begin with. Back in November of 2013, during a concert in Brazil, a fan threw an empty water bottle onstage. Instead of being mature and ignoring it, Bieber stormed off the stage and never returned.

Justin Bieber thinks far too highly of himself. His actions prove him to be selfish and arrogant, and he clearly has no respect for others. He doesn't deserve fame and fortune, and I wouldn't be surprised if he has no fans left. There is a difference between Miley Cyrus doing absurd things for publicity and Justin Bieber doing absurd things because he is disrespectful.

  1. I completely agree with this blog, Bieber has definitely gotten out of hand and needs to get a reality check and see he is acting really immature and abusing his fame. I also liked how you didn't just point out his obvious DUI mistake but his whole trail of mistakes that he had been making! I love the post it was a great read! You should try writing about how he defends himself to try to say he is still a great guy too!

  2. Definately many good points on Bieber. Some of the things that he has done and said have really been terrible. I understand he is only 19 but he really should think about what he does, how it impacts others, and how he will improve his actions. I do think it will be interesting to see if this type of behavior keeps occuring.

  3. Beiber has really changed for the worse. He was known as an exceptionally talented person at such a young age but it seems he thrives off of personal achievement to a point that he has let his ego become his worst attribute. Fame and money is something some people can’t handle, especially if they are still maturing. In Beiber’s case it almost seems like he never had the chance to mature. He doesn’t use his talents in a respectable way; he uses them for personal gain. His selfishness would be less concerning if he wasn’t endangering others’ lives. Driving drunk is dangerous at any rate, and especially in a sports car. Additionally, while smoking pot in an airplane could seem harmless, it jeopardizes the pilot’s careers. Inhaling the secondhand fumes would restrict a pilot’s flight worthiness and could potentially affect their lives. Beiber does need to do some reflecting on himself and his impact with the world around him.

  4. I just think Bieber is facing all this problems because become a star or being famous at such young age sometimes becomes very stressful and inappropriate especially when we do not always have someone strong enough to keep us going in the music industry which is one of the most difficult job today. Is through when you become a public picture your life does not only become to you but to the world. Some people look up to you as a role model and some do not like you and sincerely justin has problems dealing with such because he is trying to leave a life which all youths leave but forgetting sometimes that he is a public and will always be criticized on everything he does. But being a fan of justin I don't blame him because people most at times look for only the one thing you do wrong and forget about all the good deeds.
