I watch the first episode just because I was curious, but now I’m hooked. Every episode they have a challenge that leads to the truth booth. The house can send one couple to the truth booth and figure out if they are a perfect match. Also at the end of each episode they have a match-up where they all pick a partner and see how many perfect matches they have, but they are not told who the perfect matches are.
I’m anxious to see how this is going to play out. I really doubt that they can all find there perfect matches because there are so many outcomes that it is basically impossible. Even with the truth booth and the match-ups in the end it would still be really hard. With ten guys and ten girls there are a lot of possibilities. I’m also curious what they consider a perfect match. With all the drama in a reality TV show and the idea of trying to find love in all of it, it should be an interesting show.
I have personally never seen this reality TV show before, but from the quick sneak peak I would agree that this show is very interesting! I find it mind blowing that they have paired each person with their "perfect" match. I feel like if I were to take part in this show, I would not be myself because I would be so uptight in making the right or wrong moves that could determine who I end up with.
ReplyDeleteHow strong are all the tests they do to match the two people? What happens if you and your selected match don't get along/fall for a different person? I guess these are questions I would have a hard time understanding. Common interests are a big factor but I do agree that it is hard to determine between fate or coincidence. Being in a house full of 20 people will be a struggle. Maybe I'll join in watching it!
I started watching this show from the first night and I was hooked! What I would like to know more about is what information they gave that let the show find their so called "perfect match". From what I have seen from the show everyones first instincts have been wrong and people have been falling for other people in the house that aren't their match. The drama in the show just seems really staged to me. So far the only things that have caused fights was someone taking someone else's bed and a journal getting taken which were most likely staged by MTV. Even with that I still think the show is really interesting and I will continue to watch it just so I can find out who everyone is matched with. I don't think it is likely that they will win the million dollars though.
ReplyDeleteI have never heard of this show before reading this blog but after watching that clip and reading your post I feel like it will be really interesting to see who falls for who because tests could go wrong no matter how deeply you try to "match" up a pair. Another thing that strikes me is the fact that not only are you trying to find "the one" after having a lifetime of relationships that didn't work but also the fact that if you find your person you get to split 1 million dollars! So you get to find your match that will be the love of your life AND you get that much money?! Why not?? I'm definitely going to be watching this show!
ReplyDeleteI have seen this show once before and it is very interesting. I don't think that just because someone is perfect for you that you will end up with them. I don't think you can just take a bunch of tests and that makes you compatible with them. People end up with the most unexpected people that are completely different from them but it still works. I wouldn't want to be exactly like the person I am going to be with, that makes it less interesting. But it will be intersting to see how the show works out. My perdiction is only about half will actually find their "match".
